THE PROCESS

A Collaborative Process Built on Clarity and Trust

Every project follows a thoughtful three-phase process designed to honor your vision while delivering exceptional results. You'll have full visibility and support every step of the way through your dedicated client portal in Notion (don't worry—it's incredibly user-friendly, no tech experience needed).

We start by getting clear on your vision. You'll complete a detailed questionnaire, then we'll meet for a 45-minute collaborative workshop where we review your answers, explore a curated Pinterest mood board together, and dive deep into your ideal clients, business goals, and brand aspirations. This phase is all about alignment—ensuring I truly understand what you're building and where you want to go.

Create:

This is where your brand comes to life. I'll work on your deliverables while keeping you informed with regular updates and questions through your client portal. When designs are ready, you'll receive a presentation via video call (my preference—I love walking you through the work!) or a recorded Loom video. We'll refine together through revision rounds until you absolutely love what we've created. There are no limits on revisions—I want you to feel confident and excited about your brand.

Launch:

Depending on your service, this is where everything comes together:

Brand Essentials: You receive your complete brand strategy (vision, personas, voice, personality), logo and brand files, mock-ups, and comprehensive brand guide

Website Design: Your site goes live and you receive training on how to maintain and update it

Launch Support: Your offer, business, or rebrand officially launches with everything you need

Throughout the entire process, all communication and updates happen in your client portal—keeping everything organized, accessible, and stress-free. I check in multiple times per week to ensure you never feel stuck or uncertain about next steps.
